How to make

Overnight Oats
Empty single-serve pouch into jar or bowl, add your liquid so it just covers the oats (we love unsweetened vanilla oat, coconut, or almond milk!). Allow it to sit overnight in the fridge, and come morning, enjoy! 

 

Instant Oats
Empty single-serve pouch into mug or bowl, add boiling water so it just covers your oats, allow to sit for 10 minutes. 15 minutes if you prefer your oats more ‘creamy.’ Enjoy!

Quick and easy!

Hello, I ordered 6 , 3 blueberry,3 raspberry. I enjoyed them. Had good flavours. Would be great for a busy morning. I found them expensive though. I do cook oats normally but thought I’d try yours.

Loved all the flavours! Nutritious and filling and a delicious way to start the day! It is a good way to end the day too! If you have a sweet craving use the coconut one for a base as an instant fruit crumble dessert!
