How To Meal Prep A Week's Worth Of Breakfast In Under 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups of Oat of the Ordinary (choose your favorite flavour)
  • 3 cups of milk (dairy or plant-based) or water
  • Option to add your toppings of choice:

Fresh or dried fruits (berries, bananas, apples, etc.)

Nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.)

Sweeteners and spices (honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, etc.) to taste

  • + 5 jars or containers with lids

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Line up your jars or containers and add 1/2 cup of Oat of the Ordinary to each

2. Cover your oats with your liquid of choice (about 3/4 cup of liquid) and mix well

3. If adding toppings, add them on top of the oatmeal. Tip: If using banana, we recommend adding before enjoying as the banana can tend to go brown and mushy. 

4. Place the lid on your jars or containers and store in the fridge.
